88bf reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
When registering an 88bf account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Withdrawal requests are processed within two hours on average, subject to identity verification being complete. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. 88bf does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required or if a withdrawal is flagged for review under our anti-fraud procedures.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 88bf reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Dormant account fees will not reduce your balance below zero.
88bf will never ask you to send funds to a personal bank account or mobile wallet. All deposits must be made through the official payment channels displayed in your account dashboard. If you receive any such request, please contact support immediately.
All bets placed on 88bf are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of your bet — including the selection, stake and odds — before confirming. 88bf will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where 88bf determines that a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest odds error.
Odds displayed on 88bf are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 88bf reserves the right to suspend or remove any market at any time without notice, including during live in-play betting. Bets already confirmed before a market is suspended will stand.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not start within 24 hours of the scheduled start time; a manifest error in odds is identified; or the bet was placed on a market that was suspended at the time of placement due to a technical error. Void bets are refunded to your account balance in full.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant sport or market section. 88bf reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended at any time. 88bf uses automated systems to manage in-play markets and cannot guarantee continuous availability. Bets placed during a brief suspension due to a technical delay may be voided at 88bf's discretion if the odds at the time of placement were materially incorrect.
The 88bf casino section includes slots, live dealer games and exclusive titles such as Lucky Dice, Cocktail Nights and Wild Bounty Showdown. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Casino game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round. 88bf is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a game round. Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while casino games may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms.
88bf reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing bets that do not reflect genuine betting activity for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, 88bf reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal. Real money funds deposited by you will always be returned in full regardless of bonus status.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request or due to a regulatory requirement — the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through 88bf's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or to binding arbitration as specified in the licence conditions.
